1 General Provisions

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jj999 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

3.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required due to the verification process or delays in the banking system.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at jj999, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (deposit + bonus). This means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the total of your deposit and bonus before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses apply to one person and one account only.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.
• jj999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 VIP Program

The jj999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%, Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%, and Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%. By staying regularly active you can gradually advance to higher tiers. Cashback is paid every Monday.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet has been successfully confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Pre-match bets are not accepted after an event has started. In live betting, odds may change in real time.

5.2 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded in full. If an event is postponed indefinitely, jj999 will determine the outcome of the bet at its own discretion.

5.3 Restrictions

jj999 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any account, particularly if unusual betting patterns are observed.

6 Responsible Gaming

In the event of a breach of these Terms, jj999 reserves the right to close any account immediately and without prior notice. If fraudulent activity is proven, the associated balance may be forfeited.
